Our Process

Free Consultation

We'll conduct an in-depth analysis of your property, identify its unique advantages, and provide you with cost estimates for design and furnishing to maximize your investment's potential.

Procurement

We'll handle all purchasing, tracking of orders and collection of packages, ensuring everything is on-site and ready for installation in a timely manner.

Onboarding Call

We'll visit your property (virtually or in person if you're in Colorado), review your onboarding questionnaire, present design strategies, and capture a 3D model of your home.

Installation

We'll manage every aspect of the installation, from coordinating contractors to removing trash, ensuring a completely stress-free experience so you don’t have to lift a finger.

Design Period

Once you’ve approved the design vision, we'll begin crafting your five-star space. You'll have a chance to review and suggest any changes midway through. After that, we will compose all of the final deliverables.

Photography

We'll recommend top photographers in your area and, for Colorado projects, oversee the photoshoot to ensure perfect staging.

Design Delivery

You will receive a detailed ordering spreadsheet, a room-by-room installation guide, and complete floor plans so your install will be executed flawlessly.

Listing Creation

Launch your new space and start earning. With our expertise in listing optimization, we'll help you navigate the platform to maximize your bookings right from the beginning.
